Worry-Free Maintenance

Enjoy worry-free maintenance at no additional cost. Jeep Wave® covers your first two oil changes and tire rotations within the first 24 months of ownership. All services are completed by factory-trained Jeep® technicians at participating Jeep® dealerships, including Automaxx Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

Vehicle Protection & Peace of Mind

Drive with confidence thanks to added protection benefits that help keep you covered on the road. Jeep Wave® includes no-charge same-day vehicle rental for routine maintenance, trip interruption coverage of up to $1,000 per occurrence, and 24/7 roadside assistance for the duration of the 5-Year/60,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty. Jeep Wave® Membership Details

All new Jeep® Brand vehicles are automatically enrolled in the Jeep Wave® program.

For Jeep® Vehicles Purchased On or After August 1, 2024:

  • Two-year membership
  • Two oil changes and two tire rotations
  • No mileage limitation

Grand Wagoneer models receive a three-year package that includes three oil changes and three tire rotations.

For Jeep® Vehicles Purchased Before August 1, 2024:

Membership length and maintenance benefits vary. Benefits available at the time of purchase remain valid until fully used or expired. Owners can sign in or register to view their specific membership details.

  • Membership begins on the vehicle’s in-service date for auto-enrolled vehicles
  • Purchased memberships begin on the date of purchase
  • Processing may take up to 72 hours before benefits appear in your account
  • Multiple memberships are allowed, with each linked to a specific VIN
  • Memberships are non-transferable and void if the vehicle is sold

Jeep Wave® includes reimbursement of up to $1,000 per event for lodging, meals, and emergency transportation if your vehicle becomes inoperable due to a covered failure and you are more than 100 miles from home. Receipts and documentation are required.

Same-day rental allowance includes:

  • $40 per day ($60 for Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer)
  • Available for same-day mechanical repairs or maintenance
  • Rentals must be obtained through the dealership when available

Collision and bodywork rentals are excluded. Rental limits and state regulations apply.

Eligible Jeep® owners may renew their membership through their Jeep Wave® account or by visiting Automaxx Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Members who opt into Jeep Wave® communications will receive renewal reminders in advance.

Purchased memberships may be refunded within 60 days if no benefits have been used. Auto-enrolled memberships included with vehicle purchase are not eligible for refunds.

Owners of select 2015 model year and newer Jeep® vehicles not already enrolled may purchase Jeep Wave® for an additional cost through their Jeep owner account or by visiting Automaxx Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
