All new Jeep® Brand vehicles are automatically enrolled in the Jeep Wave® program.

For new Jeep® Brand vehicles purchased on or after August 1, 2024:

  • Customers receive a 2-year membership and maintenance benefits for two oil changes and two tire rotations.
  • Grand Wagoneer customers will receive a 3-year package that includes 3 oil changes and 3 tire rotations.
  • There is no mileage limitation.

For Jeep® Brand vehicles purchased before August 1, 2024, membership term length and maintenance benefits vary. The membership term length and maintenance benefits offered at the time of purchase remain available until expiration of the plan or when all benefits have been utilized.

Membership for Jeep Wave® included as part of an eligible vehicle purchase, begins on the vehicle's in-service date. For those who purchase a Jeep Wave plan, membership starts on the date of membership purchase.

It may take up to 72 hours for an owner's membership in Jeep Wave® to be fully processed and accessible.

Yes. Members can have an unlimited number of memberships so long as they have qualifying vehicles. Each membership is linked to a specific Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

Yes. Jeep® Brand vehicle owners will be able to renew their membership on their Jeep Wave® account page or by visiting their local dealer. Owners who opt in to receive Jeep Wave communications will be given advance notice of their membership end date and instructions on renewal.

If the vehicle is sold, the Jeep Wave® membership for all membership types, along with any unused benefits, is null and void.

Members who purchase a Jeep Wave® membership are entitled to a full refund within 60 days of purchase, so long as none of the benefits have been utilized. Members seeking a refund should call the dedicated Jeep Wave member line at 844-JEEP-WAVE (533-7928) for further information. After 60 days, no refund is available. Owners who received Jeep Wave automatically as part of a vehicle purchase are not entitled to a refund.

Jeep Wave® members can go to participating US authorized FCA US LLC dealers to redeem their oil change and tire rotation services.

The Plan will reimburse up to $1,000 per event for lodging, meals and emergency transportation such as taxi, bus or airline for the member and their family if (1) their vehicle is inoperable due to a failure covered under this Plan or under the factory warranty and (2) you are more than 100 miles from the address of record. Lodging, meals and emergency transportation receipts must accompany a copy of the repair bill and must be mailed to Vehicle Protection, P.O. Box 2700, Troy, Michigan 48007-2700. There is no maximum number of events that can be covered.

First day rental allowance provides $40.00 ($60 for Grand Wagoneer and Wagoneer) car rental allowance if the vehicle is to be serviced for any same day mechanical repair or maintenance service. Vehicles kept overnight are not eligible for first day rental.

Please note: Excludes rental for bodywork to the exterior sheet metal/composite panel or frame collision repairs.

The rental vehicle must be obtained from a dealer. If a dealer does not have rental vehicles available, you may obtain one from a licensed rental agency. Rental coverage is subject to state and local laws and policies imposed by the rental agency. Rental charges in excess of the amount allowed by the plan are the member's responsibility. The plan is not responsible for any refusal of a rental agency to rent a vehicle to you.

Owners of select 2015 model year and newer Jeep® Brand vehicles not already enrolled in the Jeep Wave® Program can do so for an additional cost via the Jeep Wave page in the Care section of their owner account or by visiting Automaxx Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
